Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with the patient population, environment, and compensation—we work hard to create a setting where both patients and team members feel supported. We also take seriously the feedback you’ve shared regarding the experience of our clinical teams and the delivery of care. Patient safety and clinical quality are foundational to how we operate. We maintain structured protocols, clinical oversight, and ongoing review processes across all centers, and we are continuously evaluating how to strengthen both safety and consistency as we grow. Regarding growth, we are thoughtful in how and where we expand. Increasing access to care is core to our mission, and we are equally focused on strengthening our existing operations, staffing models, and support structures as we scale. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to continuously improving the experience for our teams. If you’re open to sharing more, we'd love to hear from you. Please reach out to anyone on the HR team, your Director of Nursing, or another leader you trust. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective!

Pros

This is a fast-paced and positive workplace where teamwork, initiative, and collaboration are highly valued. Everyone works toward the same goals, creating a supportive environment focused on delivering the best possible patient experience. The company's patient-first mission is evident in everything we do, and employees genuinely care about providing compassionate, professional care. One of the best parts of working here is the people. I have had the opportunity to work alongside genuinely caring individuals who are always willing to support one another, share ideas, and work together to find solutions. I truly value the partnership, collaboration, and thoughtful perspectives of my colleagues. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and supportive. They encourage employees to take initiative, share ideas, and continuously grow both personally and professionally. There are excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career growth in a creative and evolving environment.

Cons

The pace can be demanding, and success requires strong organization, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Employees must be comfortable with change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes as the company continues to grow. Everyone works together as a team and genuinely cares in supporting each other.

Pros

I have loved working here. The people are smart, decent, and hard working and the mission of the organization resonates strongly with me. A few things that have made my experience so good: -The company strongly focuses on patient experience and clinical quality -The clinical team has the opportunity to use their clinical skills in an environment with lower census where they can build long term patient relationships -Leadership celebrates employees who represent company values and go above and beyond in monthly town halls -The company cares about doing right by patients, the team, referring partners, and the business - Infusion For Health is rapidly growing and constantly trying to improve operations

Cons

The company opens brand new clinics with a small patient census to start. At the beginning, when patient volume is very low, the nurses wear lots of hats. Then when the census can support it additional people are hired to do patient check-in, inventory management, and other administrative responsibilities.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful perspective—and for being part of Infusion for Health. We’re especially glad to hear that our focus on patient experience, clinical quality, and meaningful patient relationships is resonating. That’s exactly what we aim to build, and it only happens because of the caliber and commitment of our team. You’re also right to call out the experience in newer centers. During that early phase, team members often take on broader responsibilities, and we recognize that this requires flexibility and a strong team mindset. We appreciate your contribution to that journey and are grateful to have you on the team.
