Fixing cases no one else can. Keeping taxpayers safe and their assets secure while under threat by the authorities...it makes you feel amazing to be paid to save the day! I love having all the latest tech and to be at a company on the cutting edge. Surrounded by so many veterans. Such a collection of names with initials behind them.

You must have constant laser focus. A mistake would cost a taxpayer, not yourself. There is a pressure that comes w that. That pressure must make you better. Also, tons of training. Daily training. Every time there is a change in the code, expect days of training. Every time you ask a question, you will get an answer and then assigned to learn everything about the subject and then have to stand up in front of the entire company and teach everyone what you learned. That can be embarrassing, but the question never needs to be asked again. Definitely a learning program. You must be good and remain dominant. Or you are out.

Great honeymoon; everything seemed fine at the beginning. This was for a personal "Offer in Compromise" case. But, when they had a call with the IRS scheduled, the call dropped along with our project and they never called the IRS again. We found out about it through a very nice IRS rep looking into the status of our case. They were very attentive and receptive at the beginning, when asking for money in order to start working on the project. Once we got to this stage of the project, their meeting with the IRS, they abandoned it saying we had to pay more money in order to proceed. I don't recommend working with them.
