      Pros

      No career growth In collection department,, if you are unable to achieve your target in 6 working days..then you have to work on Sunday also..and there is no extra hour pay for this...but they provide very good incentives.

      Cons

      Poor management...too much workload.. Less salary as compare to workload, working hours and working days.
