Lots of exercise, some tips.

No permanent bonus or incentive scheme.

They aren't illegal and you do get paid. They have accident insurance, their dispatcher system for errors and concerns and navigation system aren't too bad. Their gear is quite decent and the fact that they have a coffee machine is nice.

The work to income ratio is not worth it in my opinion. Also, knowing that the company did quite well in the pandemic and yet they didn't invest more in staff, their software system, or possibly pay the drivers a bit more or at least adjusted the amount of workload, but instead invested more in regional and international expansion made a courier like me, the backbone of the company, feel left out. Which was one of the main factors for my resignation.
