People I work with is good.
Able to learn hustle culture if you're interested.
Everything has systems as you can expect from a GLC.
Can learn quickly to challenge for higher goals
Most of the good points is more on learning how to do fast, think fast, work faster and better.
Cons
Culture is hustle culture. Work Life Balance is not a strong point.
Can feel like working 360 days / 365.
A big red flag is Events is 1 after another.
Time off is vaque and not spelt out.
Remuneration is conservative side from MNC
Target set can be out of sync with market reality
