I work very cross functionally and have yet to work with someone who is not kind, collaborative and open minded. I love that I get to immerse myself in projects that matter to me (sustainability, etc.) outside of my role as well. I feel really connected with where the current taste and company strategy is going and connected to the growth happening at the company. The work life balance is also great. The team really makes sure to encourage you to use your unlimited PTO and if you are traveling on the weekends for a trade show, they give you recovery days

frequent and sporatic travel -- it's hard to predict when you will have a client meeting and sometimes you are only told with a 10-14 day notice. I travel around 2-3 times a month

Where to start? From my first interview, I knew I was at a company that would value me as a PERSON, not just as an employee. I was asked about my perspective, my goals, and what energizes me outside of work. The company culture here is incredible! The work is manageable, but challenging (in the best way!), I've been learning so much from company stakeholders (who are incredibly passionate about Oatly's sustainability mission), and my co-workers are truly some of the kindest humans I've met. 😊 Since many of us are remote, I've really appreciated the efforts of our communications and culture teams to curate community by way of educational webinars, 1:1 meet-ups, and much more. I'm so sad that my contract will be coming to an end soon - anyone would be lucky to work here!

I sincerely don't have any cons. This has been one of the best companies I've worked for.
