Great commission structure and some amazing employees working for the company. Good training and onboarding process.
Cons
Leadership is group of women who are very judgmental and if they do not like an employee they make it a point to punish them for every minor mistake, They either push them to quit or find a reason to fire them instead of working with them and building them up. There is a lot of favoritism that is very obvious to all staff members. Micromanages to the point where their employees do not feel confident. There is no empowerment at the onsite level to make decisions for the property. The employee turnover rate is very high and they often make staffing and policy changes that are difficult to keep up with. Daily tasks, reporting processes, approval processes are very lengthy and time consuming and results in a very stressful environment.
