- Free climbing for staff. - Industry discounts. - In centre discounts on food/drinks. - Amazing people to work with. - Good work life balance (Most of the time) - Good centre managers.

Cons

- Poor pay. - Unclear pay differentials. - Poor communication from senior managment to staff. - Poor communication from senior managment to customers. - Contracts not reviewed annually. - Complete lack of training to do the main part of the job, which is instructing sessions. - Very limited opportunity for training or advancement. Which is often gate kept, - Poor and rare advancement within the centres or company. - Complete lack of urgency for quality-of-life/health changes to centres. - Staff not listened to. - Unstable pay due to no full-time contracts for anyone other than managers.
