Good pay but lack of training and transparency - Health Insurance Agent Assured Health Group (FL) Employee Review

Everything is provided, from software, leads, and lunch. Everyone gets over 2 weeks PTO per year plus 8-10 holidays. I also love Fridays, they cater food and we only work till 130pm.

I don't have any cons to share currently.

The only pros about this place is the fact that it’s convenient

Lacks lots of leadership. One of the managers carries a pocket pistol to intimidate ppl and has actually drawn his weapon on company grounds before! Company is ran by a someone who is barely there and does not care about the agents which he then put two more idiots in charge of the other agents to fill his place. Does not seem like an actual company, more so like a daycare. Human Resources management is little to none, heavy on the micromanaging and the managers don’t know what to do besides what they are told to say and do by the ceo. Seems like they are not doing too well with the way they have everyone’s CMS accounts getting suspended. Revolving door, so they are always hiring and will hire anyone. The company was not like this when I first started. I was able to be there and see it transform into a place I wouldn’t want to work at anymore.
