Pros
Choose your own hours Easy when you know motivational interviewing No manager checking where you are every day - get your work done in the best interest of the client, and you are left to do your thing
Cons
No career progression Pay is not great £2.5 per client check-in (~8mins) £15 for a 45-minute onboarding call Gets boring/tiring doing the same thing day in and day out 8hrs a day of this job is impossible because it's so repetitive Can't rely on it to give you enough money every month Some months are busier than others, and caused anxiety for me because I didn't know if I'd make enough by the end of the month Would recommend it if you have another job alongside it. If they think you have too many clients they will not allow you to onboard more and therefore limit the amount of money you can make even though you have the capacity. Not helpful when you have bills to pay...
