Pros
Work from home, free health and dental insurance (if it's just you, no dependents), at least I had a great manager
Cons
The company no longer does what they set out to do, which was find the best deals and help people save money. Now it's all about how the company can make more money. They care too much about aesthetics and output. The work load caused burnout, especially around the time for huge sales events. You'll up at 2 a.m. in the name of getting content on the site (which no one will see for hours, honestly who's up at that time shopping?).
There is no work life balance. The only full day off is Christmas, and that only started about 2 years ago. You're working every holiday and every weekend, and they try to "sweeten" it with a little extra pay, but it isn't worth it. If you're not willing to give up all your time, don't work here.
Executive management stopped listening to employees a long time ago; they only care about output and money. And they've gone in the AI direction and laid off longtime employees in a five-minute meeting, with no warning. All because technology is faster.
