I’ve seen some of the older reviews here, and while I understand where some of that feedback came from, I can honestly say the company has made a complete 180 since the end of 2025.
The leadership shift has been the biggest difference. Mr. Park, the current CEO, is genuinely impressive. He’s present, decisive, and focused on building real structure and accountability across the organization. There has also been a strong wave of new hires who bring fresh energy, experience, and a higher standard of execution. The culture feels more professional, more collaborative, and much more growth-oriented than what I expected based on past feedback.
What I appreciate most is the clear direction. There’s now a stronger emphasis on strategy, ownership, and results, rather than just reacting to day-to-day issues. It feels like the company is finally investing in building sustainable systems instead of operating in survival mode.
Like any growing company, there are still areas being improved, especially around processes and infrastructure, but the momentum is real and noticeable. Overall, it’s been a positive and motivating environment to be part of during this transformation.
