They are just liars, they cant be trusted with anything, they will promise you anything at the time of interview just to have you in, but once you have joined the reality shows up. First month my salary didnt credit at all, when i asked about the same to the HR She said there is some issue your salary will be credited next month. And guess what after waiting for 2 months when the salary was credited it was not even close to what was promissed to me at he time of interview and when i asked the same to HR again at first she was very difficult to reach they dont reply at all to calls and Msgs She came up with 10 new ploicies why my salary was deducted Trust me arguing will not help at all, they are just very professional at it Almost 80% resign by themselves in first 3 months of thier employment rest are fired by the management, Hire n Fire is a game for them.

After hiring, they will behave like they have done a huge favour on you, and they own you your life, whatever said to you you have to do it unwilling, this can include wiping the floor or bringing bringing food as well or you will be terminated rightaway. They keep on digging reasons, they wil provoke you to do things, on basis they can terminate you They will make you work 24*7, even on saturdays and sundays, no matter how unwell you are you cant take any leaves, You have to apply a leave 15 days in advance or they will deduct your salary, has anyone ever heard of such policy before? They make new rules everyday, and guess what they apply it before even introducing it, they just behave like we are their enemies
