Pros
In my experience, the actual work was not stressful. Work life balance was pretty good.
Some people are nice.
Cons
Very low pay and no room for advancement in your career. In other words, it’s a dead end job. If you are a young college educated person, look for another job. Erie is not a place to grow or learn.
Benefits are not good. Health insurance is high. 401k vesting is bad, and you don’t get any sick days!
Leadership will really milk the “mission driven” part of the organization when in reality a lot of the day to day work feels meaningless and unfulfilling.
Some departments are so disorganized and lack so much structure. Teams don’t work well together. No one is ever on the same page. General atmosphere of confusion.
Overall, this place is a hot mess.
