The people at the junior level are nice
Cons
Founding team and leadership are very biased and have no idea of how to help their own team. Founder himself has never been into recruitment. Highly unprofessional behaviour and no perks of benefits. Lots of over time, variable pay, incentives and FnF is never paid on time or has random deductions. Salary credit is always late.
