1. Managed by age-old non-professional Promoters. Typical Lala company culture. 2. The professional is the CEO trying to bring change, but for sure, has his hands tied. Guess his stakes are high in the company and hence is a part of this organisation. 3. A lot of 4th gen promoters are there, but useless, as they all join the firm at a very early age and hence does not understand how to treat people nor understands business. Go work in a professionally run organisation for a year or two, you will come to know what true professionalism is and how people are treated. 4. Cheap 3rd rate politics by seasoned people in that organisation who just do not want any other professional intervention in their working. 5. Leadership governed by a 25 yr old employee, who was a clerk, who was threatened by professionals and therefore played third rate policits to get them out. A Chayla of the family. 6. No Learning what so ever. If you want to build your career in the retail jwellery space, there are better places you can work for like a Kalyan, Malabar (10 times bigger than them and a 100 times more professional than them) or new age companies like Bluestone who are way ahead of their time and have even become listed companies and have been doing farly well in their numbers. 6. 60 yrs of legacy and 1/3 rd the size of their competition. Core Focus is on Dimands and honestly Gen zees dont care about them anymore. Also they have understood the big game that De Biers has played in this space to create a fake demand for Dimanods, which are actually not so rare. However the management thinks otherwise. So from a business standpoint they will build multiple stores, but none will reap benefits over a period of time. So all in All One of the WORST brands to be associated with. People who are of this generation, stay away from such brands if you want to have a learning career path. Those reading this, try to speak to people who have left the company and also folks in the company as well, you will come to know where these guys stand. Dont spoil your career and your life with them. You will thank this post later.
