      That I dont have to work there anymore

      A shocking place to work for the MD is running the place into the ground for the last several years, but don't worry he has no experience in retail so what could go wrong. Pay is shocking, no training or support, worst of the worst

      Pros

      There are no pros to working here other than an early finish on Fridays.

      Cons

      Discrimination between the office staff and the factory staff. Factory workers are looked down upon as second class citizens and treated badly. Senior Managemet do not understand what is going on. People are very rude. HR is non existant and no good. Save yourself the heartache and don't work for this company
