The people are great. Small company allows for chance to have many experiences as you are required to multi-task and take on numerous roles. If you enjoy nature, this area has plenty to do - right on the water, plenty of trails, hunting (if that's your thing).

The location is limiting for your spouse to also find work. Expensive place to live - rent or purchase. Not a sophisticated area if you want cultural experiences. Lack of focus - numerous branches for such a small company causing everyone to be run off their feet. Priorities constantly changing due to this lack of focus.
