Pros
The one genuine bright spot was the quality of people I had the privilege of working alongside. The team was talented, collaborative, and deeply committed to their work - the kind of colleagues that make hard jobs worthwhile. Unfortunately, much of that team has since been lost due to poor leadership decisions.
Cons
Leadership is the core issue here. The CEO demonstrates a consistent pattern of undervaluing employees - from lowball compensation offers to compensation that is not reliably delivered as promised. There is little transparency, minimal accountability, and a clear disconnect between stated company values and how employees are actually treated. The overall culture has become demoralizing and unsustainable as a result. Would not recommend to anyone who values being treated with basic professional respect.
