The organization provides a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are encouraged to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. One of the key strengths of the company is its leadership. always willing to guide me and help me to enhance my skills. With their support, I have been able to improve my qualities and gain more confidence in my role. The company also promotes a healthy work culture, values employee contributions, and provides opportunities to upskill and grow professionally. Team collaboration and knowledge sharing are strongly encouraged, which makes the work environment even more engaging. Pros

Remote Work & M-F schedule.

Cons

HR & Management. HR is not forthcoming about RIF's and layoffs. They will ensure they have your labor and even have you do other's work while they're on vacation or leave. They give no notice about layoffs - even if you ask. Everything is vague until they no longer need you. Unprofessionalism when communicating with employees. Microagressions. Micromanagement and overt favoritism. Management is very vocal about who they like and will exclude who they do not. There is little to no attention to diversity. They do not acknowledge Juneteenth or Black History month - plenty to say about the 4th of July though. The environment overall is full of cliques and not inclusive. Management is disorganized. Favoritism shines the light away from people who actually work hard to prove their skillset and attributions to the team. HR is toxic and disingenuous. The Happy to Help persona, is fake. There are other places to work that will actually mentor and support you genuinely to elevate you in your career. Please seek those.
