With a background in Research and Development, I've thoroughly enjoyed working for this Company and in this industry. The ownership has decades of technical expertise and it's a pleasure to work in a technical position for a technical owner. Ownership encourages a culture of hard work and dedication along while pushing creative thinking, innovation and continuous improvement. We have a lot of long-term customer and supplier relationships with great communication and transparency between parties. I love that our customers are consistently including us in design projects and rely heavily on our lab and our technical expertise to design custom solutions for them. Salary is above average, pay is weekly by direct deposit, the Company pays our health insurance in full, they match 4% to our 401k. Vacation schedule is nice and Friday lunches are always fun. Owner is generous in bonuses as well.

No Cons for my experience, all positives.

I've worked here for ~25 years and have loved being a part of this company. It truly feels like family to me and I view the owner as more of a brother than a boss. We take a tremendous amount of pride in performance and work extremely hard to build and maintain long term relationships and deliver the best possible quality and service to our customers. We feel that we are leaders in innovation and our 40+ years of experience allows us to lead the industry in new technologies. This is a fast-moving work environment and you must have a love for manufacturing to thrive here. The salary is above average, we have fully paid health care and the owner is generous with bonuses which are based on performance. The owner's dogs are a part of our work family and I have a special love for Rocky - big but lovable dog. Our moto is do it the right way, the right time, all the time. We take a lot of pride in being the best we can possibly be in whatever task we are performing.
