Pros
- Very advanced technology supporting and speeding up your daily tasks (one of the best translation project management software in Spain and even Europe translation agencies).
- Nice location (Barcelona city), next to subway and bus stations.
- Super flexible working hours. You can come in and leave whenever you want as long as you fulfill your weekly 40 hours.
- You get to multitask pretty much.
- Really nice colleagues.
- Free coffee.
Cons
- After a year or two, there's almost nothing else to learn. You start feeling like in a production line.
- There's not much room for creativity.
- Project managers are always running against the clock, there's much pressure involved.
- Since it's a small company, you don't really have many career opportunities. It’s quite natural.
- Senior Management policy is a bit negative. Sometimes they even undermine your confidence.
