Some internal processes could benefit from greater standardization and formal structure. In certain cases, access to technical tools and training could be expanded to further support team performance.

I have worked for SELA for coming up on six years and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. I have built wonderful relationships with students, families and staff during that time and have always felt like a valued member of the team. Through shared goals and a vision for the school to provide each child with a high-quality immersive education, policies and procedures are in place to maintain academic excellence and to allow children to grow and learn in an environment where they know they are safe, cared for and free to take risks, ask questions, and fully engage in the learning process. I have also appreciated the collaborative culture among staff and the strong partnerships with families, both of which play an important role in student success. Over time, I have seen students grow not only academically but also in confidence and independence. My experience at SELA has supported my own professional growth, and I value the opportunity to contribute to a community that is committed to continuous improvement and student-centered learning.

I have had a wonderful experience at SELA! I personally don't love covering my tattoos but I understand it's a company policy and they were transparent during the interview process that it was a requirement.
