Work life balance is a priority! Management encourages, develops and cultivates a work environment that allows all employees to flourish to their best potential. Tools and training are provided for every role throughout an employee's career. As supervisor within the claims department, I feel as if my ideas/concerns are heard and believe the proactive approach our department takes is advantageous in every aspect. The claims department changed senior management several years ago which brought a positive boost in mood and morale. This is a great place for growth, opportunity and challenge.

Technology may be a bit slower to upgrade however all the tools are provided to perform your job effectively.

A family type atmosphere where employees are appreciated. The owners frequently provide lunches and bonuses to employees to thank them for their hard work.

Some of the equipment and processes are outdated and could be upgraded.
