Pros
- Company has the stability of a 55 year company, but the excitement of start-up. You really get to build and make an actual impact.
- It’s in hyper growth mode after being purchased by Cogenuity and the brand is being refreshed.
- New management is very open to any ideas for improvement, and is very willing to invest.
- Leaders are open, transparent, and considerate.
- Coworkers are incredibly nice.
- There’s good structure overall, just needs to be updated a bit.
- I feel very appreciated and rewarded and like my work is actually meaningful rather than being a cog in a machine.
- Not much heavy overtime, mostly everyone is gone by 5-6 pm at the office.
- Work areas are very spacious.
- Good medical coverage, PTO, and 401K matching.
- Nice perks like free gym, pickleball/basketball courts, quarterly food trucks.
Cons
Very fast-paced, building the plane while flying it, which might not be for everyone. Office space could use a bit of modernizing. There’s structure, but some processes still need to be updated.
