      Pros

      One of the few subcontracts that will provide a pretty good package alongside a good salary. The CEO is a very good guy and cares about his employees.

      Wish I found them sooner.

      Pros

      Pay was good if you could survive the opinions of the owner. There are no other good reasons to work there.

      Cons

      The owner rarely put trust in his leadership to handle things. He constantly berated them in the daily production meeting. It's his business but treating people like they are beneath him isn't a way to build a business.
