Organization going through some growing pains, but I believe it's headed in the right direction.

Great schedule for work/life balance

You could be abused by clients and be short staffed but management wouldn’t come in to help. Clients are brought in for how much money the bring instead of whether or not we are able to fit their needs. Messy messy management.
