      Recruiters suck. I've waited months to hear back from the recruiter to hear weather or not I was moving on to the next round. Finally got ghosted. Could never get in touch with the recruiter again. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

      There are still some good people left.

      Cons

      Uniti WAS a great company to work for. Leadership failed everyone by putting toxic people from a company with a well-known trash culture in leadership positions.
