Pros

Pay, some of the people.

Cons

Someone on here reviewed that they love bomb their new hires and I cannot agree more. Very much gives bait and switch. It is a feedback loop that is never ending but without help or action items on how to improve. They just tell you what you are doing wrong and offer no follow ups after that. It. Is. Constant. Feedback. They state they don’t expect you to know how the role works until 6 months and by a year, you should be good. But if you haven’t caught on by month 3? Good luck. About 8 months in I knew it would never click so I had to leave. Felt like I was drowning in work that I had no idea how to do.

Pros

The Kodiak C-suite seems to genuinely care about its people in spite of the penny pinching from our owners.

Cons

Kodiak is owned by a private equity group, so pay increases have been minimal the last couple of years.

Pros

Good coworkers and benefits. Has a ton of potential but a long way to go and several hurdles to overcome.

Cons

Company is still figuring out what it wants to be. Constantly changing priorities, complete lack of direction from middle management, zero organization and a concerning level of executive leadership disconnect. Love bombing when you first join followed by a harsh reality check. Unrealistic/unclear expectations, overly competitive environment, crazy hours, no boundaries, and if you don’t find your way to the inner circle - don’t bother even thinking of promotions. They love advice from ‘SMEs’ when it supports them - if you disagree with anything, I highly advise you to not say anything.
