Constant discrimination! Sexism, homophobia, racism, you name it. If you aren’t a male, speak fluent spanish and have hispanic roots you aren’t appreciated here, you don’t have chances to grow with the company, and you wont be treated with respect! The managers prefer and treat the kitchen staff better than you and will always prioritize their needs over team members
