Pros
If your goal is simply to be part of a winning program, this may be the place. But if you’re looking for equal opportunity, growth, and genuine coaching, this program falls short.
Cons
This organization clearly prioritizes collecting fees over actually developing and supporting all of its athletes. While they have a strong reputation for winning, the experience for many players tells a very different story. The coaches seem to focus only on a core group of about six players, consistently giving them all the playing time, while other athletes—who have paid the same fees—are left on the sidelines. It’s extremely frustrating as a parent to invest time and money, even hiring a personal trainer to help my daughter improve, only for her to be denied fair opportunities to participate in practices and games. There is also a noticeable lack of active coaching during practices. Too often, the coaches are socializing instead of teaching and developing the players. When asked why my daughter isn’t getting playing time, we’re repeatedly told “next game,” which unfortunately has proven to be untrue. I understand the desire to win, but when games are clearly one-sided, why not give every player a chance? Fairness, development, and leadership should matter just as much as the final score.
