Good culture, sales focused, flexible, supportive

Heavy travel, sometimes poor communication between departments

Good pay and low stress. It's a good job for short term and interns to get their feet wet.

Turnover is high among executive level people. Management doesn't seem to care about employees and chase after results only. Team engagement is poor, almost non existence. Poor guidance from managers and no clear directions on process or goals. Benefits are expensive compared to others.
