Small business. The owners are hands on and passionate, the employees are more like family, team work is the culture, ideas are heard, collaboration and communication is encouraged! The families say it best when they share how their experience was one where they were treated with care and compassion!

Small business…….But it’s also a pro. I say that because they don’t have the deep pockets to have all the flash things, or pay the highest wages, but the flashy things don’t always equal quality. When you love what you do and get to see the difference between high pay and low standards versus good pay and high standards….you see that good pay and high standards matter more! I think I said that right.
