I first started at HCPA during lockdown and have been working remotely ever since! At first I was worried I wouldn't be able to grasp my role well enough, working from home, however, I couldn't have wished for a better induction and a better team/company to work with/for. From having no recruitment experience, I have managed to pick up my role so quickly because of the amount of support that I have been given for the short time I have been here and I am very grateful to work for such an amazing company!
