Wage was acceptable. Benefits were good. There are some departments with good administration. Advancement is fast if you know the right people.

Blatant nepotism at most levels, Bully managers are retained even after multiple complaints. Some departments are revolving doors for staff. They won't keep employees who push back; there is retaliatory discipline. They pigeonhole employees. They preach of diversity and inclusion, healthy work/life balance, and promote culture and values, but the message is toxic and actions don't align with the message
