The providers are wonderful from NPs to PAs to MDs. My clerical and clinical staff at the time were excellent. Most are gone or in other departments not operations. If you’re a good leader, your staff you’ll prosper and that trickles down to patient care.

last year they had a new admin team who clearly had never run operations for a medical practice. Clinic is not the same as a hospital. However the negative reviews are a direct result of their reign of terror and ineptitude. They are left with no “knowledge” of what it takes to run an allergy and ENT specialty. Their staff with years of experience and knowledge are gone thanks to 1 bad AVP. The few that remain have selective memory. Most of their practice managers have no floor experience and do not fend for their staff. None of them have the respect of their staff, but then again, respect is earned. They however, seem to demand it. It took a year for 1 AVP to break the foundation that took 3 years to build.
