Pros
Small organization, flexibility to take on greater projects, flexibility to explore all facets of child welfare/mental health, quality supervision.
Cons
Although a positive in its own right, working for a small organization has its downsides as well. For one, there's only 6 employees in the entire organization, two of which are entry-level (designed for recent college grads). So it's not exactly a place to meet/make friends that you can hang out with outside of work.
