Toxic management and poor customer treatment - Barista Haven Spa Employee Review

During my time at Haven Spa, I am able to multitask, provide amazing customer service, teamwork, generate sales report, patience, problem solve situations, deal with customers and employees, and so much more.

I have learned so much and have enjoy my time the past couple years at this spa, however it is time for me to incorporate my capabilities and knowledge to a larger company. Doing so, I can expand my creativity and skills.

The customers were great and friendly.

The pay is terrible for how hard you work and after your deductions for their "fees.". The equipment is old, always breaks down, and is never replaced. They take a fee out of our salary for each customer for product and machine use. Raises are barely noticeable if any. Staff are all paid different rates who start at the same time. The machines have been paid 100x over. You can't understand your salary. The management barely talks to you and there is no assistance. You never get breaks, nor do you get enough time to properly clean when customers run late. Staff turnover is high. There are constant mistakes on your schedule.
