My overall experience at the company has been deeply disappointing, primarily due to a work culture that prioritizes internal politics over actual productivity and performance. Despite putting in consistent effort and delivering on responsibilities, recognition and growth opportunities seem to depend more on favoritism and networking rather than merit. Management often lacks transparency, and decision-making appears inconsistent, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unheard. The workload is frequently unrealistic, with tight deadlines and little support, which directly impacts work-life balance. Communication from leadership is minimal, and feedback mechanisms are either ineffective or ignored. Instead of fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, the culture often promotes blame-shifting and unnecessary pressure. Overall, it is not an ideal place for someone seeking professional development, stability, or a healthy work environment.
