      Management team in teardown for the leads to supervisor and manager all awful. Punishing you if you did well, gossiping, this creepy school yard bullying that they and QA did. As well as changing rules then writing you up for not following the new rules on work done months before the rule change was even sent out in our updates.

      Very lenient on taking time off

      Cons

      Management group in teardown department are all friends and will actively screw employees over to promote friends. If you are friends with anyone in management, congratulations on making free money and on your the promotions you will get when they throw someone else to the side. If you are not, don't bother working in teardown. The other departments are fine from what I heard. They are not perfect, but they are far better than teardown.
