Poor management styles, disrespect for employees as professionals, hard to advance in career, asking for a raise is hard, favoritism and apparent biases, dishonesty from management. This company does not want you to stay there longer than a year so that they don’t have to keep paying you more than the bare minimum to live in Nashville. If you have seen a lot of recent job openings in the last couple months for this company, perhaps consider why that is.
