Pros
I love this small but mighty clinic. In my first year working here the company has grown in size. I love the team approach and collaboration amongst the staff. I see positive impacts made on clients daily and staff go above and beyond to try and help the clients. The owners really care about the clients and pay close attention to the needs of the staff, as well. They now that keeping staff healthy and happy in the workplace will reflect on the clients.
Cons
This small start up has grown in its first year and has done its best to keep up with the demand. Due to the addiction epidemic, there is a high demand for services and the growth in a year has been exponential. It can be challenging to smooth out the kinks of a new business. The team does well implementing systems and taking staff feedback as the agency grows and learns.
