2. Selectively good team members (creatives, project managers, account managers, etc.)
Cons
1. Confusing ways of working. You are pulled across different projects, so there is no sense of ownership per brand.
2. Leads and managers do not set you up for success. Not all seniors are clear and constructive when it comes to feedback.
3. Feedback system from HR is extremely flawed. Employee KPIs are not clear. They judge you based on highly subjective metrics.
4. Volume of projects is seasonal, so there are periods without work. However, HR and Finance may put the blame on you for being 'unproductive'.
