Flexible Work Environment and very friendly and caring employees who are committed to the work that they do.

none- have been very happy in my employment and the Job is everything that I expected it to be based on my interview and job offer.

The employees are very friendly and willing to help each other out despite high case loads of their own. PTO is very generous as well.

Management does not include employee input when changing policies and procedures. Programs are administered by DSS and company does not advocate for employees when programs change. No room for upward mobility within the company and the pay does not match the amount of workload and responsibility.
