Pros
Very nice people (for the most part), pretty great working environment - nice cube, with a great keyboard/two monitor setup, and standing desk which was great. As someone who has worked from home for the past 4 years prior this was really nice. The manager is also a lovely and extremely talented person, despite how I feel I was treated in the end.
Cons
Very old fashioned, everything relies on paper print outs which is so inefficient. If they transitioned to digitally entering orders (or pretty much any other system) they could do double the business in a day. Only 4 weeks into actually doing the job (after about 3 weeks of training) I was let go due to errors that would be totally normal for anyone that new, with absolutely no feedback prior to that. I was told by the person training me that most of these errors I couldn't even have known about beforehand due to the situations not being covered in the training. Apparently despite this I was expected to be perfect at a fairly cumbersome process after less than two months.
