      Unlimited sick days. Not much else.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible and time off is not great. Not a lot of growth opportunites. Ive been here 4 years and have received minimum raises and no more time off than when I started.

      Very nice people and are quick to respond and very helpful/understanding

      Low pay, stepping stone job for sure, but open and nice people.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Can work from anywhere. East coast hours.

      Cons

      No raises. Stuck below the average salary. They have moved me to different positions without me having a say. Bonus is based on the sales team and not my own work.
