Pros

Physically demanding job, especially when there's heavy phase maintenance, but there's a lot to gain by working here. Exposure to different airframes and high-level training. Focus on safety more than speed. Reasonable workloads and flexible schedules.

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up

Pros

While I have not enjoyed my time here, it would be dishonest to say it is the worst company I have worked for. At least a couple of basic benefits exist, and my coworkers have been genuinely amazing and supportive throughout my time here. If not for leadership, Resicum International would actually be a decent place to work.

Cons

• Leadership is a complete dysfunctional mess with no real understanding of what they are doing. • Decisions are consistently short sighted, chaotic, and completely lacking logic or long term thinking. • The same mistakes are repeated over and over due to lack of accountability and refusal to learn from feedback. • Leadership ignores constructive suggestions and continues operating as if nothing is wrong. • The overall lack of competence makes it feel like the organization is constantly falling apart.
