      Decent pay for the area and decent time off after a few years.

      Cons

      Power tripping management, nepotism and cronyism everywhere, the harder you try the more work you get with no benefit to you. the police on base harass everyone constantly. And don't forget about all the threats and drama during COVID.

      Insurance, benefits and the pay.

      Cons

      Rules, regulations, and people that dont know what they are doing are in control. Too much nepotism even though they say its never proven. A lot of Quid pro quo. The buddy system. They say the installation is GOGO. Government Owned, Goverment Operated. But what they really mean is GOFO. Government owned, Family Operated.
