This is a very tedious process

Schools are generally well-resourced and maintained. Students are generally diverse.

Communication with the board is beyond backwards, as they often include only an extension and when you call, it usually goes to voicemail. Not sure why email addresses and a directory of all employees in the head office and their related roles are not posted on the board’s official site. In the past, to find out who’s the right person to reach out to, I’d have to call (again, not email) the union, speak to someone and find out, then call the individual at head office.
