great training opportunities, Benefits package, retirement, paid vacations, job security, pslf and student loan repayment options, supportive and understanding managers, one of the only gigs there’s a still a pension available

Large case loads, documentation up to your ears, high demand for productivity with minimal guidance/management (they’re also taxed), high acuity clients, not enough time to get everything done, and high staff turnover rates
